Tomato chutney

Ingredients:


Shallots                         : 1 cup
Red chillies                   : 5-6
Tomato                         : 2-3 (big)
Cloves                           : 2
Cinnamon                      : 1
Curry leaves                   : 3 tbsp
Salt                                : to taste

Preparation


Heat the oil then add shallots fry for 1 minute. Then add red chillies, tomato, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves and salt. Fry till tomato get juicy. Leave it to cool then grind.
